Climb to the rooftop of the Dolomites, at 2950 meters above sea level on Sass Pordoi, to enjoy not only a panorama that will leave you breathless, but also a very tasty farm-to-table apericena, from producer to table, starring the cheeses of Mèlga de Fascia, the craft beer of the Rampeèr Brewery, Felicetti Speck cold cuts and meats, the special scents and aromas of N'Outa and the tasty La Trentina apples, told by those who produce them. Everything will be combined by Rifugio Maria with an auteur proposal 100% made in Val di Fassa, also available in the for kids version, ready to satiate you and satisfy your palates, but also to leave you with a nice homemade souvenir by Utòl to take into your homes.
For inveterate cheese lovers or for those who want to learn more about local dairy excellence, a fun Cheese Quiz at the table complete with a prize.
The location? Definitely one of the TOP10 in the Dolomites, an exclusive place where, if you are lucky, you will be able to admire a 360° sunset over the most famous UNESCO peaks: from the Sella to the Marmolada.

PROGRAM
4:45 p.m.
Meet at the start of the Belvedere lifts in Canazei (without skis on your feet) where the shuttle service will be waiting for you.
5 p.m.
All aboard! The shuttle will take you to the start of the Sass Pordoi cable car
5:30 p.m.
Carriage ride! By cable car you will reach the famous Sass Pordoi at almost 3,000 meters above sea level. Cover yourself well, but most of all enjoy the ride! In the meantime, watch this exciting video, maybe you will find our friend Pablo at your boarding!
From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Maurizio and the staff of Rifugio Maria await you for a rich, narrated apericena, made in Val di Fassa, in the company of the producers: from the cheeses of Mèlga de Fascia accompanied by the traditional products of N'Outa and the cured meats of Felicetti Speck, reworked into tasty proposals by the imagination of Chef Giovanni, ending with a taste of local desserts.Protagonist, in addition to the km0 food, will be Fassa's craft beer from the Rampeèr Brewery, while the little ones will be able to appreciate the tasty La Trentina apple juice. These will be the ingredients of a rich author's proposal, with some hot and tasty dishes, to be enjoyed comfortably seated and served at the table in a convivial way, discovering qualities and curiosities of the raw materials that compose it also through a fun and tasty Cheese Quiz with lots of prizes. Between tastings, be sure to look outside: if you're lucky, as you often are, you'll be able to enjoy the magic of the sunset, the famous Enrosadira, with a view from one of the most beautiful terraces in the Alps that sweeps 360 degrees over the most famous Dolomite peaks.
7:10 p.m.
It's back to the valley by cable car, followed by the shuttle bus that will take you back to the village. You will be in Canazei between 7:30 and 8 pm.

The experience can be booked online at www.fassa.com, by 27/2, or by going in person to the ApT Val di Fassa offices.
When booking, it is possible to indicate in the notes:
- Any food intolerances, in order to best meet your needs
- Willingness to reach the Pordoi Pass with your own car - meet at 5:10 pm at the cable car entrance
In case of weather conditions that do not allow the smooth running of the initiative, it will be postponed to Thursday, February 29.
