An exclusive sunset aperitif with the authentic flavours of Val di Fassa, to be enjoyed on one of the most spectacular natural terraces in the Dolomites.
Take the cable car to the roof of the Dolomites, to the 2950 metres of Sass Pordoi, and enjoy a panorama that will leave you breathless. And that's not all: waiting for you at high altitude is a tasty "farm-to-table" aperitif, featuring Mèlga de Fascia cheeses, Felicetti Speck cold cuts and meat, the special fragrances of N'Outa and the tasty La Trentina apples, all paired with wines from Trentino wineries, with a talk by the producers. Everything is combined by the Maria Rifugio with an author's proposal also available in a for kids version, designed to satisfy the palates of the little ones, and to leave you with a nice souvenir, made by Utòl, to take home. If you are a cheese enthusiast or want to find out more about local dairy excellence, a fun Cheese Quiz awaits you at the table, complete with a prize! The location? An exclusive spot in the Dolomites, where, if you are lucky, you can admire a 360° sunset over the most famous UNESCO peaks. In short, an opportunity to be seized... or rather, reached by cable car!

PROGRAM

3:15 p.m.
Meet at the start of the Belvedere lifts in Canazei (without skis on your feet) where the shuttle service will be waiting for you. 

3:30 p.m.
All aboard! The shuttle will take you to the start of the Sass Pordoi cable car

4 p.m.
By carriage! By cable car you will reach the famous Sass Pordoi at almost 3,000 meters above sea level. Cover yourself well, but most of all enjoy the ride! 

From 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. 
Altin and the staff of the Maria Hut await you for a rich, narrated apericena, made in Val di Fassa, in the company of the producers: from the cheeses of Mèlga de Fascia accompanied by the traditional products of N'Outa and the cold cuts of Felicetti Speck, reworked into tasty proposals by the imagination of Chef Giovanni, ending with a taste of local desserts. In addition to the zero-kilometre food, Trentino wines will also be the protagonists, while the little ones will be able to appreciate the tasty La Trentina apple juice. These will be the ingredients of a rich proposal, with some hot and tasty dishes, to be enjoyed served at the table, discovering qualities and curiosities of our land.

5:45 p.m. 
Back to the valley by cable car followed by the shuttle bus that will take you back to the village. You will be in Canazei between 6:30 and 7 pm. 

 

Prices 

€50 adults
€35 for children and kids born between 2007 and 2016
€20 for children born between 2017 and 2021

The price includes return transfer by shuttle bus, return cable car ticket (open specially for the occasion), tasty narrated aperitif and nice gadgets.

Reservation compulsory, minimum 20 people. The experience can be booked online or in the tourist offices by 5 p.m. on Tuesday 31 December. When booking you can indicate: any food intolerances, in order to best meet your needs; your wish to reach the Pordoi Pass by car (meeting point at 3:40 p.m. at the cable car entrance).

In case of weather conditions that do not allow the initiative to run smoothly, it will be postponed to Friday 3 January.
